SOFTRAX Announces Appointment of Shaun Hilditch as Director of Customer Success

LIGHTNING RELEASES CANTON, Mass. – August 5th, 2014 – Enterprise revenue recognition specialists SOFTRAX today announced the appointment of Shaun Hilditch as the company’s new Director of Customer Success. This latest addition comes as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to expanding the product development and support infrastructure for its family of revenue management and billing products.

Shaun Hilditch is an experienced marketing, sales, and customer services leader, with over 17 years of experience in supporting and commercializing products and services. Mr. Hilditch previously spent more than a decade at SOFTRAX in documentation, product management, and customer management capacities before moving onto new challenges in 2011.

Mr. Hilditch has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a graduate certification in Technical Communications from Northeastern University. Over the years, he has led and successfully transformed documentation and training initiatives, product management, marketing, and sales operations efforts at a variety of companies – most recently for Beacon Partners, a large healthcare consulting firm located in Weymouth, Massachusetts.
