Current Capital Announces the Addition of Colin D.W. Geoffroy, Senior Associate, to Its Team
LIGHTNING RELEASES — NEW YORK, NY, July 21, 2014 — Current Capital LLC (“Current Capital”), a private equity investing and management services firm focused on middle market and smaller companies in the industrial and services industries, announced that Colin D.W. Geoffroy has joined the firm as a Senior Associate.

We have now completed one successful private equity investment and have completed or are still engaged on 19 assignments in our management services business for clients including leading investment firms, financial institutions and global corporations. Colin Geoffroy recently earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. While at Columbia, he was an Intern with Current Capital actively involved with the firm’s investing and management services businesses including the successful sale of Stackpole, on-going efforts with Tompkins, and a number of expert witness projects. Prior to this, Geoffroy was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations group focused on mergers and acquisitions. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and policy from Rice University.
The addition of Geoffroy brings the total number of Current Capital’s team members to 22, including investing and operating professionals as well as a unique Advisory Board of current and former executives from across a broad range of leading industrial and services companies.
