IOC President Vikram Bajwa handed a 20 point Agenda to Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs, Vyalar Ravi, highlighting the demands of NRI’s, including request Advisor P.M. Sam Pitroda, to make the issue of “drugs”, in his “knowledge City”, concept, so India can emerge a superpower, and lead a World campaign against drugs. M.P. Minister Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari, rightly advised the Punjab Govt., to wake up to the problems of NRI’s and Punjab and not act like a “pigeons” of Punjab.
