In an initial meeting with you, you discuss the purpose of your event, the size, the dates, your budget, fundraising and/or sponsorship goals, and other basic information I need to develop a detailed proposal for you. From this, she develops a one-of-a-kind custom proposal and budget breakdown to submit to you. If accepted, she works closely with you to determine how you want your event to look and feel, who will be invited, how publicity will be handled, and so on. Usually, Robbie Motter Events will handle all the details with your advice and consent or she can train your staff to do the event.
