TARENTUM, Pa. — DigiExpress, the leader in iPod, iPhone and iPad repair, continues to grow, and with the growth, the company has added new members to its team.
A number of new employees were hired by DigiExpress, and will be assisting the company in various roles.
Among the hires are a number of sales reps that will be helping DigiExpress in a number of roles. New staff in the sales department will be assisting in the over-the-phone sales process, answering customer questions and working with customers in person at each of the company’s four walk-in locations.
The shipping and receiving department also has picked up new staff. Members of the shipping and receiving department are responsible for the handling of incoming devices in need of repair, and returning the devices back to the customers upon repair completion. This includes verifying customer information and testing the damaged devices to determine exactly what parts may be needed before the device reaches a technician.
Finally, the repair center has also experienced a staff growth. New employees in the repair center are responsible for assigning devices to technicians and quality assurance on repaired devices. There have also been a number of new technicians hired to perform the repairs.
