iOpener Institute launches new Happiness at Work Forum
LIGHTNING RELEASES - The iOpener Institute for People and Performance has launched a new Forum for HR Professionals wishing to access analytical reports based on the Institute’s 30,000-strong database of management interviews.
Membership of the iOpener Happiness at Work Forum is free, and is open to all in-house HR professionals. The Forum aims to publish at least six insight reports per year, as well as providing a platform for HR professionals to debate the report findings, and other related issues, with their peers.
The first iOpener Insight Report – investigating Generation Y retention issues – has been published on the Forum. HR managers and directors wishing to access the Forum and this first report can do so by joining at http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=4723733&mostPopular=&trk=tyah
Jessica Pryce-Jones, founder director of the iOpener Institute and author of “Happiness at Work – Maximising Your Psychological Capital for Success”, notes, “The Institute was founded with the express intent of providing analytical benchmarks for the various aspects of employee engagement, productivity, retention and happiness at work. We are therefore keen to share knowledge from our 30,000-strong database as widely as possible. The insight reports that we are sharing through the Forum give the HR community an up-to-date snapshot of key management and leadership issues.”
